When you have frozen blueberries and don't know how to use them ... well, I leave here a solution and a very tasty one ☺️.

1. Start by preparing the base of the cheesecake, crushing a package of cookies and mixing them with 50g of butter. 

2. Mix 4 eggs with 75g of white sugar and 250g of mascarpone cheese. Add 200g of heavy cream.  

3. Put the mix on top of the cookie base and take it to the oven at 150C, for 50 minutes.

Now, the first tip:put a tray with water at the same time for the cheesecake to maintain humidity. 

Second tip: don’t open the oven while cooking!!! This will prevent the cracks on the cheesecake. 

4. Let it cool for 15 minutes inside de oven with the door open, than take it out to cool completely, before adding the blueberry couli. 

To make the couli:
mix a cup of blueberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Boil it for about 2 minutes. Let it cool before drop it on top of the cheesecake.

Try it yourself, make strawberry couli or lemon couli, ...
